Terms & Conditions :
We at Shendrew.com are a team of freelance web & graphic designers spread across the globe. We employ several coders & designers on a freelance basis, therefore are able to keep our design & development costs at a minimal. * We provide free hosting & web maintenance for the first year for our clients, however if the client decides to shift to another hosting of their choice at any given time before or after the elapse of the first year, they would need to pay the hosting charges of the first year to Shendrew.com at the current rate set by them. * We can/sometimes provide free graphic designing to our clients but this does not include liaising with printers - unless stated otherwise. * We do not build or host any offensive material such as politically sensitive material, pornographic material & such like. * A 50% payment is usually collected at the beginning of any project - Web Design/Development, Graphic Design etc & the rest on the day of launch or has to be paid with in a maximum of one week from the day of launch. Failing to do so, will automatically put the website in an offline state (Under Construction) unstil the funds have been cleared. Alternatively full payment can be made before the project begins * Please note that Google listing can take up to 4 weeks to show up, as it depends on the speed at which Google bots crawl the site. * Any payment made via our PayPal terminal would be charged a PayPal card processing fee of 3.5% - Any payments paid into our PayPal account from another PayPal account is done with out this processing fee. * Payments can be made directly by cash or bank transfer into our account - details can be found on our online client manager. * We provide free updates of text to client’s web sites; this does not include creation of new pages. Adding new pages are chargeable at the rate set by our design team. * CMS websites once installed can be updated as many times as the client likes - free of charge. We at Shendrew.com are not responsible for the material/content posted on these sites. Please do not post offensive or pornographic material on our servers as we would be forced to suspend/terminate the relevant account. * Our web server runs the latest Linux operating systems with MySQL databases which are always kept up to date. Full CPanel access would be provided to the client to access the backend of their website. * We do not provide any designs or design templates free of charge until we are paid an advance. This applies to (but not limiting to) all graphic designs including logos, business cards etc & websites as well. * Web sites that require a database to run some of its features may incur additional hosting charges. █ DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: Our products & services are offered "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. Shendrew.com will not be liable for any damage or loss of data whatsoever due to using our products, web site designs or services. In no event shall Shendrew.com or any member of our team be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our services at Shendrew.com. █ CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: With any project (web site design & development, graphic design, photography or anything to do with Shendrew.com) we start working as soon as we are paid an advance. That means (but not limiting to) purchase of domain name, web resources, scripts & other purchases. We also spend lots of time on each and every project right from day one, therefore we are under no circumstances able to offer a full refund what so ever. That is why we always need at least 50% of advance paid up front. Hosting & domain names are charged on a yearly basis (unless stated otherwise) therefore refunding the cost of the same is impossible. █ LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: In no event will Shendrew.com be liable for (1) any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of programs or information, and the like) arising out of the use of or inability to use the services or the content on the Website, or any delay of it, even if Shendrew.com or its representatives have been advised of the possibility of such damages, or (2) any claim attributable to errors, omissions, or other inaccuracies in the services, the website or the data downloaded through the website. Shendrew.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms & Conditions, at any time. You agree to regularly review this Terms & Conditions and be aware of the changes made. By continuing to use the Site after any posted revision, you agree to abide by it.
